Catering Menu

$14.99 a person – includes ( 1 pound of food (8 ounces of entrees and 8 ounces of sides) + plates, utensils + Hot buttered rolls)

Example:  100 people to feed.  You get 100 pounds of food.  50 pounds of meats and 50 pounds of sides. You can choose 2 or 3 different meats and 2 or 3 different sides. You also get 100 hot buttered rolls and 100 plates and 100 meal kits and serving utensils.

We deliver the food in large foil pans. The food will stay warm for 30 minutes in these pans. If you would like to keep the food warm longer we can provide Chafer’s or food warmers for an additional cost. Drinks and desserts are an additional cost.

100 people can serve themselves in 25 minutes at a double sided buffet line.
